LVC’s own instructor of drum set and jazz combos, Larry Marshall, brought his trio to campus for an exciting afternoon of jazz. Larry Marshall, Jeff Knoettner, and Rob Swanson performed a variety of classic jazz tunes. The members of the Larry Marshall Trio, who often get together for gigs like this, also make up the Cartoon Christmas Trio, a holiday jazz focused group. The recital was engineered by students involved with LVC’s Valley Audio Club, and attended by Professor Marshall’s drum set students, LVC student musicians, faculty, and community members.
